This policy applies to purchases of AI Life Admin subscriptions from Velazal llc.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We would rather fix the problem than keep your money.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, open the billing portal from your account page, or email us at support@aiadminlife.com and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your documents remain in your library on the free plan after the paid period ends.
Upgrades and downgrades
Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Additional rights
Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have under consumer law in your country.
