1. The service

AI Life Admin turns messy paperwork — pasted text, photos of letters and PDF uploads — into a plain-English summary, a task checklist, deadlines and draft replies. Access is provided under the plan you select, subject to that plan’s monthly document allowance.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud or send spam;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities or scraping it;
• generate illegal content, deepfakes or impersonations of real people, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or malicious code;
• attempt to bypass safety measures, jailbreak the underlying AI models, or use the Service to build a competing model.

5. AI outputs and your responsibilities

The Service uses generative AI. You are responsible for the documents and prompts you submit, for having the rights to submit them, and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not legal, tax, financial, immigration or medical advice. Always review outputs before relying on them or sending them to a third party, and seek professional advice for regulated matters.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you upload and of the outputs generated from it, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and remove infringing material; accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

We may moderate content: we can filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts where use breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Orders are sold by Velazal llc and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, receipts and dispute handling on our behalf. Velazal llc remains responsible for product support.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are described in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. If a payment fails, we allow a short grace period before your account returns to the free plan. See our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your documents for 30 days after which we may delete your data.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.
